Only Robinson Crusoe had everything done by Friday. ~Author Unknown
I thought this quote was appropriate after my last post! I did get almost everything done on Friday. I decided not to make and freeze the sweet potato casserole. I'll just mix it up Tuesday night and keep it in the refrigerator until Thursday.
We are having some cold weather today. It is so gray outside it looks like it's about to snow. We did manage to get some wood split this morning while there was a little bit of sunshine out.
We had a small 2.5 earthquake here in the Ouachita Mountains yesterday~about 5:40 p.m. I didn't feel it, but it was south of us--and 2.5 is usually the minimum 'shake' that people can feel.
Have a great weekend.
