Thursday

It feels like winter this morning! We are back in the 40s and by Easter morning it will be back below freezing. I've been chiding myself for not getting my petunias potted and put outside, but I guess it is good that I've been procrastinating, for once! They will have to spend several more days inside to keep from being killed off by a freeze.

Today I am on the run, getting some household shopping done, looking for trim for my curtains and buying some paint. I hope to get a little swap shopping done at the same time.

Hope you all have a great day

RMary

  1. I hope I am not cruel when I say how beautiful the weather has been here in Scotland this last week - so warm that just a T-Shirt weather.

Hope the weather picks up for you - sunshine is always a warm comforting feeling.

Enjoy your shopping excursion and I am somewhat curious as to "Swap-Shopping"??

    Blessings to you all.

  4. Hey Rosemary-if you think it feels like winter down there take a look at my blog. It feels and looks like winter here. Lost a big tree in the snow too. It does not look like Easter. Looks like I'll be wearing my winter coat to church Sunday!

  6. I am rejoicing today!! I have noticed that it always come another cold spell where we live before Easter. I was wondering if it would this year because Easter is early this year. Well, sure enough it is suppose to be in the 50's and that is pretty chilly for the coast of Texas. connie from Texas.

  11. I was sad I didn't get my petunias or geraniums yet, but now that it is going into the 20's here too, I'm so glad! Sometime next week I can get them, plant them, and not worry about them. xoxo
